Fullstop.

Hey peeps, it's time for a new blog post huh. Currently enjoying my lifeless study break, preparing for Finals as you know, dduuuh. Hmm ya, foundation finally comes to an end. It is not officially ended yet, but almost reaching the destination. we only left with four papers and we're done with FIS. Time. Flies. The final week of the foundation was, happy yet sad, exciting yet disappointing, memorable but dont want it to end. Who the hell expects, we can create so much memories before this that make us feel so upset right now. No one. Neither do I. To be honest, I never thought my foundation life could be this amazing, could be this wonderful. it's so freaking awesome that it basically was the best year I've ever had in my life. thanks to that bunch of kisiao people, who made my life even more fabulous. How sad to say Monday of the final week was the last day for us to be together. Nahh cause all of them wont be coming to uni anymore after Monday. So we had our photo shooting session bahaha! And all those photos turned out to be making people tears :( 

 Haha, call us The Goddesses of UNMC, lol just kidding. Like finally we found the name for our group which is Goddess, but ya. haha I am not. 

Mmm we actually bought the tshirt and wear it together purposely, I know it's like volunteers of the uni or staffs, but who caressss. Walking here and there to take photos, asking random people to help us take a shot, soooo awkward. but again, who cares, it's the one last time we can do this cray cray stuff together. Ahhh I found it so sad to mention about this :( and the photos got me like, arghhhh :( 

Thank you for the happy / crazy / kisiao / awkward / pissed off / yolo moments we've been thru together. For every moment we spent together, I will remember it vividly in my mind. 

Okay next, it's the final week right. So I apparently treated it as the final week of my life cause I was like soooo woohoo I'm gonna spend all my moneyy yayyy. Haha, had so many good food within one week. Had a lot a lot a lot of desserts, especially ice creams yumzz. 

Inside Scoop and also the very famous "男朋友" 椰冰沙 in Broga. Finally got to taste it after threee semesters haha. It tastes soooo nice especially that day was so hot and it's like heaven when you sip the ice. Woohoo and also Madame Waffleeee, the ice cream of Inside Scoop and Madame taste like heavennn, craving for it over and over again.

This one big plate of vege was the BEST meal I've ever had for the week I guess. Chop Salad, it literally means you chop the spinach, and sprinkle some nuts and spice on it, yay woalah it's good for you to serve it. Thanks to Tony Roma's brilliant recipe, Seling and I had a really great dinner. Not forget to mention that Tropicana milkshake or whatever shit, the taste is indescribable babe, trust me.

So for this week, it's a bit different, cause it's the last week, for every night we went to hang out at our favourite hang out spot. So sorry if I made you feel very pressure while being with me during the whole week haha, I just could not stop throwing back and those past memories just got me like, argh you know. I am not this emotional de lah, only for this final week, emotions were a lil out of control. Still, thanks for the nights, thanks for all of the "blow water" sessions, thanks for always being there thru nights and days haha. Couldnt ask for more, I don't love you kayyyy. But I'm still kinda amazed by what we've gone through for this whole year tho, still very very impressed bout it hehe. oh ya a talk on how we met is gonna happen soon guys, make sure you come ya hahahaha.

Nineteen.

Hey hi there :) This will be the first post after turning into nineteen haha! Yesh, I am officially nineteen. Last teen year, last teen year, many people had been reminding me this, enjoy your last teen year. so, my birthday, the 16th day of April, I'm an April babyyy. This year, is very different, cause my bday falls on Thursday, sadly I cannot make it to go home and celeb with my parent, which make me kinda sad. Nawww, I was expecting to get over this day, peacefully haha, but then I have a bunch of crazey besties, who made my big day a really special one, it's freaking awesome cause they really freaked me outttt. Actually I wanted to write a really long blog post and record every single details of the day, starting from 12am of 16/4 to 12am of the next day, but it's way toooo long, and way too naggy haha. So the first remarkable thing on my bday was, Celine was the first one to sing birthday song to me, with her guitar, at our chui shui fang B (you wont know where it is ha ), thank you for that hehe. Hmmm and then one thing on my birthday was, I had to stay at a booth, which promotes our uni's Famine 30 camp. I am one of the committee so yaaaa, that's my job to stand there and promote. Tho I actually sat there and stared at my phone :b You know lah, it's very boring to promote things and, it's my bday hahaha. Why there was a booth on my birthday, so unlucky ? Because, someone purposely planned this to make me down, HA you succeeded. I was really bored during that few hours. But then.. when I was planning to leave that booth and go for class, like finally can leave that place.. and they sang me birthday song. Awwww I was like, haha. These bunch of people, I knew there will be something, yes I knew it! But I didn't expect that it will happen at a timing like that ? Hmm.. okay surprise ! Alright, of course we off to class after that, three hours of class, nawww that's my birthday. Okay 3 hours considered less maybe, but still, I feel a lil down which I don't know why.

So after class, they said wanna have dinner together, and only Seling and Liniao could go, hahaha, others were like, I gotta go home, my mom cooked my dinner.. including wanting XD and I was like, har? Wanting you going home ah, tomorrow got class who, why you go home, and then she gave some very silly excuses, HAHA I knew there must be something. but I don't know what it is. So, okay, they hugged me and said goodbye, ohhh *best actresses*, and they went home, but actually they went my room and did something cray cray, haha. Sooo three of us went to have our dinner, somewhere in Broga, again I was not that cheerful, cause both of them told me they going home, TOO. Haaaa Liniao has to fetch her bro and Seling dk go home for what, I should have suspect of this, but I missed it.  Okay nvm, after dinner, back to uni, they were going to go home.. mmm ya, go home. But actually after I walked into my hostel block, after I disappeared in that corridor, haha, two of them ran, or jumped or don't know how, they had to race with me cause they gotta reach my room before I reach. I inspired their athletes' gene I guess haha, thank you for that, really. Okay, they reached my room, all of them were in wanting's room actually, waiting to give me a surprise hahaha. I actually heard someone running before I reach the fourth floor, sensed something was gonna happennnn. Plus I saw Seling's slipper outside wanting's room, hahaha oops. So I decided to go toilet, first. And when I was planning to open my room, cause I was staring at Seling's slipper wondering why is it there haha, and I saw someone was peeking inside wanting's room, ahhh. That's them. They had no choice but to come out and sing birthday song, and this already made me really freaked outttt. I never expected this to happen, since they said they wanna go home, haha.

The best part of the day, when I opened my room, imagine helium balloons, with photos tied on the string, filling your room. Yes that's the image that rushed into my eyes the moment I opened the door. It's indescribable, like a dream, so fantasy but it's real. and it happened on me. Thousand thank you to my bunch of besties, that gang of kisiao people, who prepared all of these. Because I craved for a surprise like this, so they prepared something like this, on my 19th birthday. Can never forget everything single moment, and every single sentences that you all said. Haha, they even complaint about me being so damn noisy cause I was like really shocked and non stop shouting and talking nonsense. Sorry, I cannot control myself because you guys are way too amazing. Hehe, so after that we went all the way to IOI mall, cause they haven't had their dinner. So we went Franco. I was still in an excited mode you know, high energy state. hhaha, and when I was about to calm down, and finally managed to bring myself back to a lower energy state level, and stable state haha *nerd talk*, okayyyy all of a suddennnn, birthday song again! from the waiters of the restaurant, and of course from them too, ahhh, how can I not love them hahaha. The fourth surprise. What I can say is, I have to announce that, you people won the day, you guys are very successful in fooling me, haha.

Ten balloons, hundreds wishes, thousand loves, millions memories. These are what they gave me :)

"I don't want to graduate. " that's so true, I don't want to graduate from foundation, because there are too many memories, and the memories are the one who kills you, after saying goodbye. The time spent with them are always that memorable, no matter what we also can laugh till the world turn upside down. Never thought that my foundation could be this beautiful, haha honestly I thought I'm going to pass this one year time, very boring and dull. but it's not like what I thought, it's way more wonderful than it is. ahhhh and that brings me to the point again, I don't want to graduate from this :( I don't want it to end so soon, I still want to spend days and nights with you people. One of the must go through steps in the process of growing up, you say goodbye to people even if you dont want to do so :( but I still gotta feeling that we arent saying goodbye even foundation ended. It's gonna be forever I think. Still, thank you for being in my life, and also thank you for having me in yours.

Choir ROCKS

Being in a choir, is the greatest thing in my life. Like seriously, I just enjoy singing in a big group, enjoy the harmonies created by each part of the choir team. This feeling rocks. You will feel like you're on the top of the world when you finally conquered the song and everybody can sing it nicely. Have you ever felt like, wow we actually did it. Together. Yah, that's the awesome thing to be in a choir.  I will never ever regret to join choir since primary school haha, not to say gaining experiences, but it also painted my life with really beautiful memories. Tho packed schedule and intense practices got us like, terribly busy, since sem one, but it's worth it. 

We actually did kinda well on our annual event, le CCMO, Choir Chamber and Music Orchestra. Aha and one important thing, the transformation was a success. Cause this year, the concert was kinda different from the previous one. So happy to hear some good feedback saying this year's concert was the best among all. Ahhh I feel like cryingggg. You will understand that awesomeness to hear really good comments from the audiences, after you gone through one and a half month of intense practices. Through all the thunder and the rain, we made it happened. For sure there were unhappy and happy ones, but at last, we rocked the night ! Alright, let me brief you what happened on that wonderful night, lets go back to 5th of March shall we ? 

Right after our class ended, we rushed to the Great Hall, for makeups and etc. Wearing the same shirts btw haha. RAWR

CCMO @ 2015

Hehe, wondering why were we showing you our butts ? that's our first song, which was 'Somebody to Love'  by Queens. As we started to sing, we will turn and face the audiences, something like what Glee singers did. It's an A Capella song, and this song got us like crazeyyyy. It's HARD to learn and VERY HARD to sing it together. Full of overlapping parts and weird melody, hah but practice makes perfect, I think we had sang it for hundred times, at last this song ended like a piece of cake to us. Nahh haha just joking. We finally get used to the melody, and the tempos and everything, after hundred times of practising. No bluffing, it's definitely more than hundred times.

And then, we sang ' The Longest Time' from the movie ' How I Met Your Mother' and also ' The Greatest Love'. Oh ya, our themes of the concert were 'Evolution of Music' and 'Final Fantasy'. Yap there were two themes, two very contrast and unrelated themes haha. So we started off the concert with the evolution of music session, which we sang songs from 1970's to 2000's. From 'Somebody to love', to 'The Longest Time' and to 'The Greatest Love' and then 'When You Believe' from 'Prince of Egypt', and the last two songs, 'Lucky' by Colbie Caillat and Jason Mraz and 'Roar' by Katy Perry. You can say you dont know the first four songs but dont tell me you dont know the last two songs kay haha. 

Tadaa, spot any changes on your shirts ? We were wearing checkered shirts at first, buttoned up, and then when it's the time for the song 'Roar', the spotlight got dimmer and we quickly turned and unbuttoned to show that ROAR tshirt inside. Cool huh ? When we turned back and faced the audiences, they were like Woahhh, haha! The moment you noticed the audience actually felt surprised on that lil surprise we planned, you will get hyper ! haha. And we did very well for 'Roar', I personally like this song the most hehe. 

And the next part... 'Final Fantasy'. We changed our costumes btw, to a formal one. White blouse and black pants. This part we collaborated with Orchestra more, fyi 'Final Fantasy' is animation from Japan.. I think. It's a game or movie aha I dont know I just sing what I need to :b Okay, basically the songs are dull, and weird, with languages you cannot understand. Yah, so we just sing what we need to. 

Celine and I performed a duet song named 'Eyes On Me', haha so damn nervous wey before our turn. You could see me walking around with that sour face right before we went on stage. The waiting part kills meeee. Luckily, we performed it.. well I guess. Good job partner. Thank god that everything went smooth.

After approximately three hours, the concert ended, ahhh I cannot believe it ended. While I was going out for the last time to wave goodbye, its so unreal that it ENDED :( The three hours passed damn fast that I felt like I was dreaming until we were going out to say goodbye. But luckily, everything went smooth and well the whole night, no mistakes, although there were some imperfections, but we will get better next time I promise. We will get better and better and better :) 

I can laugh forever at Ong's expression. 

Phewww, so it ended, beautifully, with laughter and joyous. Thank you everyone for everything, thank you for the efforts hehe. There are a lot more after this, its not the full stop yet, there are still a lotttttt awaiting us. Haha packed schedule is coming soon... so ready for that and so ready to feel the awesomeness again ;)

Throwback to.

Arhh, it's like finally I have the time to sit down and write a blog post, the last few weeks were just too hectic and terribly busy. I dont know whats the cause of the packed schedule but, it's so packed that I only have the time to blog about my Chinese New Year weeks after it ended. Duhh.


Alright, throwback to CNY 2015, it was an awesome one I guess ? Had my reunion dinner with the Lim's family, guess what we had, steamboat ! In a rainy night somemore, so warm right, sit around the table and eat and talk and laugh, I didnt talk much cause I was too focusing on eating haha. I spent the first day of CNY with my bitches, how sweeeeeet is this ! I woke up very very late, and of course set up myself like a doll, nah just kidding. After few centuries.. I am all ready to go for bainian (house visiting) ! I actually felt quite bad tho for not spending my first day of CNY at home, haha. Normally we Chinese will spend our first day, especially morning time at home. And I, only dropped by my grandma house for breakfast and then I ciao :b Ahh sho bad I know.

Our first stop at Qing's house. That girl on my left hand side in the photo above. What's the purpose of bainian, ah you know, reach your friend's house, say Hi to Uncle Aunty, sit down and eat some snacks biscuits etc, drink packet drinks, selfies, talk about nonsense stuffs, wish Uncle Aunty "Happy CNY" then ciao. HAHA. This ain't sarcasm kay, I am telling the truth haha. And thenn, we shifted to Emily's house which is right opposite to Qing's house. 

Haha, that girl sitting in the middle is Emily lah, showing off our angpaos. And then we headed to Yixuan's house. Took a lot of pictures like craziieee, not able to post it all, but here are some of it lah. 

One thing about that day was, we finally had our reunion lunch, not dinner haha. It's so hard to gather all of us, so we were like, awww what an opportunity, that we finally back in that big gang again. 

Almost all of us were present, except some, but it's still very touching to sit around one big table and EAT haha. The most hang fuk thing on earth right. We actually didnt visit a lot of houses, cause we can stay at the same house for very very long time.. especially place with good lightning and nice to take photos.. Haha. 

So, the first day, ended beautifully, time spent with them will never be boring haha, tho every time one of us will get frustrated while sending photos :B

I went back to my granny's house on the second day of CNY, stayed for one night, and spent time with lots of cousiesss. I have a lot of cousins fyi. Went for midnight mamak session and also Karaoke session in the middle of the night, slept at 4am if not mistaken. Life is meant to be yolo so who cares :b 

Before going back home, we went for a family dinner, which took up three tables haha, we are in this huge numbers, including all uncles and aunties and cousies. I have 7 uncles and 4 aunties, and my granny has 12 children, ya. It's that big family. haha. 

Hehe, so second day and third day of CNY ended pretty awesome as well, it's so sad that the fifth day of CNY, I had to go back to uni, and go to class, and etc etc, everyone is still in cny mood tho. Hmm, the busy uni life is back again. We were so busy with the choir practices, every nights, 7pm to 10pm. Non stop practising for our annual event CCMO. Go to class, choir practices, eat, sleep, that summed up my CNY from the fifth day onwards haha. But luckily, our effort paid off at the end, CCMO was a big success ! Will tell about it in the next post, stay tuned !
